Brunswick Georgia veterans, mark your calendars for September 14 and 15 from 9 a.m. to 6 pm. at the Howard E. Coffin Park located on the corner of Gloucester Street and Highway 17 in Brunswick. Set this time aside to attend a Pre-Enroll Out Reach Event prior to the grand opening on the new Brunswick VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic(CBOC) located at Summit Professional Plaza, 2ndfloor, 1111 Glynco Parkway in Brunswick. The new clinic will open on October 6, 2010.
The staff of the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center in Dublin, Georgia is "excited about this opportunity to bring VA health care services closer to where Veterans live and work. Our top priority remains taking care of the Veterans who have dedicated their lives to serving our country." John S. Goldman, Medical Center Director, indicated "We are as excited as the Veterans in Glynn County and surrounding areas. My staff are working hard to prepare for the opening of the Brunswick Community Based Outpatient Clinicin order to ensure quality VA health care is available to our Brunswick area veterans."
